IDRC’s Economy and Environment Program for Southeast Asia (EEPSEA) is inviting researchers from Southeast Asia to submit proposals for the November Competition. The deadline for proposal submission is August 1. The guidelines for a research proposal could be downloaded from www.eepsea.org. Research topics on any environmental concerns are welcome. EEPSEA has recently launched a research program on Economics of Adaptation and is still accepting proposals on this important area of concern. Topics dealing with trans-boundary issues like the haze problem from Indonesia’s forest fires and water conflicts in the Mekong Region are also encouraged. Successful applicants will be invited to present their proposals in Vietnam during the November 12-16 Biannual Meeting.
Proposals should be submitted to email@example.com on or before August 1, 2007.
