Oxfam America is in the process of recruiting for a senior position with responsibilities for helping Oxfam International further develop its work in agriculture and rural livelihoods. The position is based in Boston and reports to the Sr. Vice President of Programs. They are looking for someone with cross-disciplinary perspectives and systems thinking skills. Candidates with expertise on the problems rural women face in agricultural production systems are especially encouraged to apply. The person should have links to multiple types of organizations and be oriented toward practical, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
