IDRC is seeking a talented and qualified professional for the Climate Change Adaptation In Africa program as Senior Program Officer or Specialist.

Location:  Dakar, Senegal
Closing Date:  January 27, 2008

The purpose of the Climate Change Adaptation in Africa (CCAA) research and capacity development program is to significantly improve the capacity of African countries to adapt to climate change in ways that benefit the most vulnerable. The program involves and engages users from beginning to end  by actively promoting Participatory Action Research (PAR), to better  define questions and facilitate the process of transferring or devolving results and skills to those who will use them.
