The Role of Collective Action and Property Rights in Climate Change Strategies – New CAPRi Policy Brief
CAPRi Policy Brief Number 7, The Role of Collective Action and Property Rights in Climate Change Strategies, is now available online. The brief provides an overview of climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, highlighting the institutional arrangements for each component, to ensure that poor people in developing countries are not excluded.
