EMPLOYMENT: Researcher in the co-design of innovation support systems in agriculture (CIRAD)
CIRAD is recruiting a permanent scientist specialised in management sciences or sociology/economics of organisations, with experience and expertise in methods for analyzing innovation processes and supporting rural stakeholders.
Within the Research Unit “Innovation and development” (Cirad, Inra, SupAgro) the researcher will be in charge of analyzing innovations processes and supporting stakeholders (farmers, farmers’ organisations, agro-processors, communities, etc.) in designing tools, methods and sustainable advisory systems to support rural actors. The position is part of a scientific domain involving several Cirad research teams working on knowledge production processes, learning processes, collective action and support and governance structures. The researcher will have to develop close relationships with these teams.
