E-CONSULTATION: FAO Voluntary Guidelines on Responsible Governance of Tenure of Land and Other Natural Resources. PUBLICATION: Statutory recognition of customary land rights in Africa. A recent FAO Legislative study now available for download.

PUBLICATION: Costing Adaptation through Local Institutions. The study aims to highlight how adaptation by households to climate change and climate variability is shaped by institutions, and how governments, through local institutions, can support adaptation that addresses the needs of the poorest and most vulnerable households.
