EMPLOYMENT: FAO Statistician, Greenhouse Gas Assessment Framework. The full title of the position is Statistician (Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Assessment Framework for emissions and mitigation potentials in agriculture, forestry and fisheries). The incumbent will undertake the gathering, standardization, compilation and analysis of the data and information provided from member states and partners and oversee the upload of the data and information onto the central data portal. SCHOLARSHIP: Forestry Scholarship at Bangor University. Ten fully-funded scholarship grants are available for an MSc in Forestry by distance learning. The scholarships are worth £12,000 to cover tuition fees plus a £2,000 bursary to enable scholars to attend a study tour which will be held overseas in July/August. Deadline: May 31, 2011
