The Beckman Institute at the University of Illinois offers a three-year, $52,000/year post-doctoral fellowship intended for recent Ph.D.s or students in their final year of doctoral study with research interests relevant to the Beckman Institute. CALL FOR PROPOSALS: ICRISAT-NCAP-IRRI project on Village Dynamics Studies. Research fellowships funded through this RFP will contribute to policies, practices and innovations that alleviate rural poverty by analyzing and disseminating knowledge on rural livelihoods, poverty dynamics and development pathways of the poor in the semi-arid tropics and humid tropics of India and Bangladesh as well as on issues related to efficiency, equity and sustainability of agriculture.
