EMPLOYMENT: Research Positions at FEEM’s Climate Change and Sustainable Development Research Programme
Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM), a leading research institute on sustainable development (www.feem.it) is looking to recruit motivated and talented researchers to cover open positions within the Climate Change and Sustainable Development Research Programme:
- Researcher Position in the Economics of Climate Adaptation. The successful applicant would join a multidisciplinary team working on various research topics related to the economics of climate adaptation. The applicant will conduct innovative research addressing the adaptive capacity to risk posed by extreme climatic and meteorological events. This would require interdisciplinary analysis and methods on the interface between economic and climate modelling.
- Researcher Position in Climate and Energy Economics. Successful applicants would join a team engaged in analysing a wide range of issues about climate change and energy economics. They will have the chance to conduct research in any of the following research areas: integrated assessment modelling of climate and energy policies, economics of low carbon innovation and technological progress, game theoretical applications to environmental and climate change issues, modelling of complex economic and climate systems and decision making under uncertainty.
