FELLOWSHIP: Beckman Institute Postoctoral Fellows Program, Social Dimensions of Environmental Policy
Applications for the 2013 Beckman Institute Postdoctoral Fellows Program are currently being accepted. This program offers young scholars the opportunity to initiate a postdoctoral career of independent research at the Beckman Institute linked to one or more of their research themes and strategic initiatives.
CAPRi readers may be particularly interested in Social Dimensions of Environmental Policy Initiative (SDEP), led by Jesse Ribot:

Programs under this new initiative integrate natural and social science research on society's responses to climate change and the role of democracy in making and implementing sustainable environmental policy.
The Social Dimensions of Environmental Policy (SDEP) strategic initiative aims to understand the social and political-economic forces shaping just and sustainable environmental policy.
