EMPLOYMENT: Associate Dean and Director of International Programs in Agriculture, Purdue university
The Purdue University College of Agriculture is seeking to hire a visionary, entrepreneurial individual as Associate Dean and Director of International Programs in Agriculture to provide creative leadership for its globally recognized international programs in learning, discovery, and engagement.
The Director of International Programs in Agriculture reports to the Dean of Agriculture. The successful candidate will have a broad vision of the international dimensions of a leading 21st century college of agriculture. He/she will be able to communicate that vision to faculty, students, citizens of Indiana, and to other stakeholders at national and international settings. The Director will promote faculty collaboration across disciplines, facilitate new initiatives, and provide creative leadership to implement international programs that encompass activities throughout the entire food, agriculture and natural resources systems. He/she will possess the ability to work with faculty, national and international agencies, and private foundations to obtain funding necessary to implement and manage innovative programs.
