PUBLICATIONS: Greening Agrarian Studies, Special Issue
The editorial team of Journal of Peasant Studies has released a special issue – JPS 40: Greening Agrarian Studies. This collection brings together 40 articles on various environmental themes that speak to critical agrarian studies (e.g., climate change, biodiversity, biotechnology, conservation, agroecology, and so on). Authors include some of the leading scholars and public intellectuals in the field: Jesse Ribot, Melissa Leach, Nancy Peluso, Bill Adams, Miguel Altieri, Ian Scoones, James Fairhead, Susanna Hecht, Peter Rosset, Bina Agarwal, K. Sivaramakrishnan, Philip McMichael, Raj Patel, JB Foster, and Frances Moore Lappe.
All 40 articles are open access from 17 April 2015 (International Day of Peasant Struggle) to 31 December 2015 and available here.
