PUBLICATION: Pro-poor Resource Governance under Changing Climates (IASS) The Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies (IASS) and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) partnered with local civil society organizations from six countries - Bangladesh, Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Ecuador, and India – to document and analyze cases of pro-poor governance of natural resources.
